Warehouse into Art Fundraiser

A large warehouse was turned into an art gallery for a children’s advocacy center fundraiser. I worked with a company to ensure the art was lighted correctly as attendees would be buying and bidding on the artwork. We hung the lights off truss to keep everything clean and focused the lights to highlight the artwork. The year before, the lighting was not done correctly with cabling on the ground and lighting poles throughout the space. People complained about the trip hazards, and the lights were shining on everything (not just the art). While there was more cost to hanging the lights, the event was a bigger success than the prior year and exceeded their fundraising goal.
