  • Thoughtful consultations for the overall event: themes, creative elements, AV technology, seating, banquets, programming, budgeting, etc.

  • Thorough event plan development and communication with everyone involved (e.g., vendors, labor, location staff, the client) to make sure that the event is successfully executed. Create and manage all digital files and communicate the plan to everyone involved.

  • Online events are not new, but they have become the new normal. With decades of experience in virtual technology, I can help navigate the plentitude of options of turning your event into a virtual one or extending in-person audience to a virtual one.

  • Easy-to-understand consultations about budget-friendly AV needs such as audio, video, lighting, software, and hardware. Sourcing and vetting of all technology vendors.

  • You’re only as good as the people you hire, right? Make sure the appropriate people are on the team. I have connections with labor companies and contractors around the world.

  • Technical drawings of the event location to ensure that all equipment will properly function in the space and follow all regulations for a fun and safe experience. I can also create scaled PowerPoints and elements, like tables, for you to easily create layouts.

  • Expert staff on site to guarantee that every aspect of the event is handled smoothly with care and concern. I can support as a Project Manager, Technical Director, Producer, Show Caller, Stage Manager, Production Assistant, whatever is needed to support the team.
